My passion for the kitchen started when I was a little kid, watching my mom, grandmothers and aunts cooking for my whole family. My family is really special - my dad’s side is Chinese, my mom’s family is from Spain and I was born in Cannes, France. So, you can imagine the mixture of cultures and culinary stories. Naturally, I graduated Culinary Arts in American Gastronomic Institute specializing in Asian, Mediterranean and American cuisine. Serving as a Culinary Professional for The Capital Grille eventually grew to me presenting you “Meating Burgers”.
